Simply place 3AA batteries underneath the train place the switch in "on" mode and let the fun begin! the train contains different flashing lights throughout the train that change through various fun colors. The train is also equipped with the bump-and-go feature that allows it to travel on its own; and when it hits a wall the train will simply turn around and keep going. Part of the fun experience is that a fun tune is playing as the train is traveling throughout the land and once the tune is over the toy will make real train noises.
