AIME’S TROPICAL TOFFEE
This African coffee came from the Gitesi Sector in the western province of Rwanda. Physically Rwanda beans is quite similar to heirloom in Ethiopia, very small and dense. This particular lot also a peaberry (PB) or in local we call them “Kopi Lanang”, you can see that this roasted beans is almost round. What we love about this coffee is that the coffee has a jammy body with dense and complex tropical fruits acidity, not to mention the cola aftertaste that makes this natural coffee interesting.
