AD8302 Module Broadband Amplitude and Phase Detection Impedance Analysis Board

Description AD8302 is a fully integrated RF IC used to measure the amplitude and phase between two independent input signals The operating frequency of this device can be from low frequency to 2 7GHz AD8302 built in two precision matched broadband logarithmic amplifiers a broadband linear multiplier phase detector 1 8V precision reference voltage source and analog output proportional operation circuit The input signal range is 60 dBm to 0dBm reference impedance 50Ω and the corresponding dynamic range is 60dB The output of AD8302 provides accurate amplitude measurement in the range of 30dB with a slope of 30 mV dB the phase measurement range is from 0 to 180° with a slope of 10mV degree Note Please refer to the application note AN 691 for configuration when the module is used for low frequency detection The AD8302 is available in a 14 pin TSSOP package and has an operating temperature range of 40°C to 85°C Application of module 1 Insertion loss and phase measurement of amplifiers filters or mixers2 Measure the vector reflection coefficient of any load3 Impedance analysisPackage included 1 x AD8302 Module
