The camera channel is independent of the optical channel. This means that no data or numbers appear in the field of view. The digital function of the dG is only possible when connected to a digital end device.In the optical channel, a mark represents the limits of the image section. This mark should be focused via the diopter adjustment. This is the basic prerequisite for a sharp photo, as the camera's rough focus accesses the focus of the optical channel. The image should not be focused via the digital end device as the autofocus only focuses definitively once the release button is pressed. Wi-Fi HotspotThe dG creates a Wi-Fi hotspot and connects to the other devices. The range is about 16 feet. Bluetooth and internet connections are therefore not needed. The dG and apps work offline!
