After ten years of ministering to missionaries, Joseph Carroll noticed common deficiencies in the training of these servants.The vision for a training center took root and became a reality in 1967 when the EI School of Biblical Training was established in Greenville, South Carolina. This school provides a foundation for ministry through two years of intense Bible study.
