The Secondary (Exp) Mathematics Topical Class Tests Series is a series of four books written in accordance with the latest Secondary (Exp) Mathematics Syllabus issued by the Ministry of Education. As practice is central to success in school Mathematics assessments, this series aims to help students build up mathematical skills, concepts and processes.
There are four class tests in each chapter as well as a revision paper of 50 marks for the Secondary 1-3 books and a O level specimen paper for the Secondary 4 book. Commonly tested questions are included to test basic understanding of the chapters and reinforce their Mathematics concepts. Each class test provides a review of the students’ knowledge of the capter. New trend modelling questions at the end of each book are unique real-life scenario questions that extend students’ mathematical processes to reasoning. Each new Trend Question typically integrated a number of topics and is best attempted after students have mastered all the topics.
