Living Nonduality

Living Nonduality is about the nature of living without division. In recent decades, many in the Western world have begun to look anew at the ancient spiritual teachings from the East: the Zen Buddhism of Japan; the Tibetan Buddhism of the Dalai Lama; the Tao of China; the Sufis of the Muslim Middle East; the Vedanta scriptures of India.
