Therefore, we find that the novel "Les Miserable" by Victor Hugo dealt with photography, narration and criticism of social and economic problems and legal etc. Perhaps its purpose is inevitably social reform and portraying the lives of the poor, the poor, and the injustices they are subjected to at the hands of the regimes and governments that contribute to solving their problems. And that was how it was.
