From advanced IP streaming to seamless source switching, the IPX-TC2 HDMI 4K60 4:4:4 over Copper IP Transceiver is a revolutionary addition to the world of AV technology. This state-of-the-art device leverages Aurora's IPBaseT technology, a unique solution that harmonizes various IP/AV standards into a unified system. The IPX-TC2 is a trailblazer in the industry, being the first 4K2K transceiver to offer zero compression and latency, thanks to its BlueRiver NT platform. This device breaks away from the traditional transmitter (encoder) and receiver (decoder) setup, offering the flexibility to function as either, simplifying installation, inventory management, and troubleshooting. This transceiver supports windowing/multiviewer capabilities for up to 32 windows, scaling, and a 16x16 videowall, all while maintaining HDMI 2.0 4K60 4:4:4 quality. When set as a transmitter, the IPX-TC2's two HDMI inputs act as a source switch, and the HDMI output serves as a potential loop out. Conversely, when configured as a receiver, users can select between local HDMI inputs or an IP source, with seamless switching to enhance presentations. The IPX-TC2 also introduces an industry-first option slot for adding additional IP capabilities. This includes ExtremeUSB (USB 2.0 over IP) or Dante audio, allowing for a more comprehensive, distributed system. Audio, video, data, and control can be securely sent to one or multiple units using standard 10G Ethernet switches. The audio can be de-embedded at any location, broken away, or sent to or received from a Dante-enabled device. The USB 2.0 option is versatile, functioning as a KVM and/or a high-speed data transfer (480Mbps) for memory sticks. Each USB feature can be set as a host or a device. To ensure user-friendly operation, a customizable OSD and web server can be programmed as needed. For RJ-45 LAN devices, the 1G Ethernet port allows full bandwidth end-to-end over the IPX-TC2's 10G copper port. Control of the IPX system is available via the IPX Manager Windows software, or the QXP-2-IPX. The IPX-TC2 also features an SFP+ port that can use single or multi-mode fiber, making it the most versatile AV IP product available today. Please note, the selected network switch needs to support 10Gbps and non-blocking IGMP. Power supply is not included and must be ordered separately.
